Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Kenza & Co ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders soon.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
